Green Civils Ltd is a UK civil engineering contractor specialising in green energy infrastructure — supporting EV charging, battery storage (BESS), solar, and reinstatement works nationwide. Founded and led by Andy Rouse, a civil engineer and construction manager with over 15 years’ experience in landscape architecture, hard landscaping, and infrastructure delivery, we bring a practical, hands-on approach to every project, from early planning through to final handover.

We deliver reliable, safe, and sustainable civils packages that cover everything from groundworks, ducting, and drainage to plinths, equipment bases, earthing support, access works, and HAPAS-compliant reinstatement. Our teams are experienced working to DNO/IDNO specifications and coordinating with jointers, electrical contractors, and principal contractors to keep programmes on track and reduce site delays.
