Founded and is directed by Andy Rouse, a civil engineer and construction manager with over 15 years’ experience in landscape architecture, hard landscaping, and infrastructure delivery. Andy’s background brings a practical understanding of how to design, manage, and deliver complex works efficiently and responsibly.

We at Rouse Civils focus on delivering reliable, safe, and sustainable civil engineering solutions — from groundwork and ducting through to drainage, plinths, and full reinstatement. Every project is built on solid planning, quality workmanship, and clear communication.
